Payment Terms
Payment for our styling packages is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.

Acceptable Use

- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any purchasing decisions you make based on our recommendations
- Any errors or omissions in our content or services
- Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
While we strive to provide excellent styling advice, Naturalshopax is not responsible for purchasing decisions you make based on our recommendations. Style preferences are subjective, and results may vary. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes about these Terms or our services, we encourage you to contact us first at service@naturalshopax.world to resolve the matter directly.
Mediation: If we are unable to resolve a dispute through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith mediation. The mediation process will be conducted in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, and will be administered by a mutually agreed mediator or a recognised mediation service.
Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Act 2010 (NSW) or its successor legislation. The arbitration shall be conducted in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, and shall be administered by a single arbitrator agreed upon by both parties or appointed in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration institution.
Exceptions: Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm, without first engaging in mediation or arbitration.
You agree that you will not participate in any class action, class-wide arbitration, or other representative proceeding against us. Any claims must be brought individually in your personal capacity.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Subject to the Dispute Resolution section above, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
