Service Satisfaction
As a styling service provider, we do not sell physical products directly. However, we stand behind the quality of our consultations and recommendations. If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience, please let us know within 7 days of your session.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that schedules change. Here is our policy for appointments:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment: Full credit or refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% credit towards future services
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund available
- Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice
Package Adjustments
If after your initial consultation you feel a different package would better suit your needs, we are happy to discuss upgrading or adjusting your package. Downgrades may be subject to a processing fee.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Credits for future services do not expire and can be used for any Naturalshopax styling package.
Third-Party Purchases
Please note that any sportswear or athletic wear you purchase based on our recommendations is bought from third-party retailers. Returns for those items must be handled directly with the respective retailer according to their return policies.
